WowwStore Return Policy
1. How do I retrun my product?
Super easy!. Please login with your credentials and visit the My Account section. Select the order you want to return and click on “Return/Exchange” and follow the instructions on this page to obtain a Return ID.
2. What is Wowwstore return policy?
At WowwStore, we have a very flexible returns policy which is absolutely customer friendly. If you do not find the product(s) satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:
• It should be unused. You can open it to check for built and look, making sure that any damage does not happen to the product
• It should be unwashed. We don't want you wasting any detergent! ☺
• The price tags, brand tags, box, bubble wraps and all original packaging must be present. Any missing stuff rejects your retruns.
• The product must be returned within 7 days
• Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product.
• Toys will have 10 days return/replacement policy in case you have received a damaged, defective, wrong product or product with missing accessory.
Few Important guidelines which every customer has to follow if they go for return. Below points are mandate for WowwStore quality check, if in anycase customer fails to provide the same, his/her return policy goes void.
• Once you receive the package from the courier partner, prior opening the box be ready with a camera.
• Shoot the unboxing video, take out the product that you have ordered and observe each angle to verify its intact.
• If in case you have found some scratches, dent, damage rotate your camera towards that point and shoot it well.
• Upon getting a damage prodct and shooting on every angle of the product, pack it in same way as it was delivered by your courier partner. All packing material should be intact.
• Claim a return request and send us the shoot video of the product.
• Wait for the pickup of the product, once we receive the product, upon verification will refund accordingly.
3. Do I get shipping charges refunded incase of returns?
If you have returned all the products in your order, you will be refunded the shipping charges. If you return the order partially, the shipping charges will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
4. What are non refundable items in WowwStore?
Products if used, food products and beverages.
5. When is the refund of my return provided?
Once the Return ID is generated, we share a promised pick up date. By that date, your return order will be picked up. We also notify you of the estimated refund date as soon as the Return ID is generated and the product reach us back. All above points has to be taken care.
6. I haven't received my refund amount yet. Please help!
Once the returned product has been picked up and sent to our warehouse, you will be notified of the promised date of refund. Before this date, a refund should get initiated. Once initiated, it should reflect in your account based on your mode of payment.
7. My area is not serviceable for return, how do I return my order?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don't worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by shipping it to us. In same cases we recommend you to reach us over Whatsapp or drop us an email. Our team would guide you further.
8. Will I get back what I paid if I return the product?
If you have read all the above points you will get your answer.
9. Why is my return put on hold
That's just because we need some additional information. A return request can be on hold or pending verification if our system doesn’t recognize the EAN entered by you while creating a return. Dont worry, typically in such cases we call you within 48 hours to check and assist accordingly. If you face this problem do reach out to us.
10. When will the return order be picked up?
Once the Return ID is generated, we share a promised pick up date. By that date, your return order will be picked up. We also notify you of the estimated refund date as soon as the Return ID is generated and the actual product reaches our warehouse.
